Alzheimer’s disease is a chronic neurodegenerative among the elderly population. Various genetic, environmental and lifestyle factors have been associated with etiology of disease. Cigarette smoke has reported to be major predisposing factor for contributes development. Conversely, studies beneficial effects brain training on condition. The purpose this study was evaluate effect task in cigarette induced dementia. Three groups female C57 black 6 mice were used two subjected exposure. third group novel object test immediately after Brain improved cognitive domains exposed mice. could also regain neurotransmitter imbalances by smoke, importantly, decreased glutamate levels hippocampus. significantly hippocampal amyloid precursor protein expression reducing reactive oxygen species production. Additionally, neuronal count, post supported findings. results indicated that deleterious hippocampus tissue dementia symptoms.
